I think my hair was falling out BECAUSE of protein!
I stopped taking my protein supplements (because GNC could not get them ordered) and at about the same time, I noticed that my hair stopped falling out. Well, my shakes finally came in and after about 6 or so shakes, I noticed my hair falling out again! It has to be the shakes. I only drink one of them a day which is only 35gm's. So should I just stop them altogether?? Comments and suggestions welcome! P.s. I broke my platue when I started drinking them again too!
