I was denied 5 days ago, because of lack of documentation.

Heres is what my deniel says ' unable to certify the surgery as meets BMI, but no documentation of physician supervised weight loss attempts failing repeatedly by the supervising physician. Last military encounter was 1995 WUTG BI attempts since. I tried 2 times in the Air Force at 2 different AFB and some how they conviently lost my records. I don't know if i should fight this or not.
