Will adhesions from spleen removal etc. be a problem

I was wanting some feed back good or bad on these particular doctors at Right Weight Clinic in Tenn. Dr. Herschel Graves, MD, and Dr. John Husted, MD. I also have a question on the open RNY, which I feel may be the best type of surgery for me. Is there anyone who had had this type of procedure with this amount abdominal surgeries and was it a problem. I had spleen removal (1974) hysterectomy (1985) and gallbladder surgery (1989) Will adhesions be a problem with open RNY.
