when i eat food first thing in the a.m. I get real sick after a few bites

I do my my protein shake for breakfast everyday. But when i try to eat a small amount of egg & sliced ham I get so sick I am running to the bathroom to puke. When i do it look like spit or mucous, and it be alot. After that I feel fine. for lunch I have a 2 crackers with tuna. I feel fine & for dinner I have some mashed potatoes & sliced turkey or ham & maybe a shake later on. But i dont get sick no more. It is just first off when I eat food, I get sick & i have to go puke. Either it's soup or my protein shake. After I puke I feel ok for the rest of the day. I make sure I dont over eat at all. so please help-- Nov 10 285 / 250 / goal 150
