Vitamin Size. Does anyone else have trouble with regular vitamins?

I have switched to the regular vitamins now, but I get sickly feeling everytime I take one and it lasts for a couple of hours. I think it is the size. Are there any good ones out there that are SMALL? Thanks, Lisa
