11 days post-op and incisions aren't healing...

Anyone else experience their wounds not healing after staple stiches removed? I contacted my Dr. and he said to continue to rinse with peroxide and keep bandaged. Should it get worse I will have to go in. Just wondering if this will make my scars even uglier or worse?
