Can you have a tummy tuck, and then have a baby?

I am only 28, and have lost 97lbs, with 80-90 to go to goal. I don't know if I'll even need a tummy tuck, but I don't have children yet, but plan on it. I have heard before that they tighten you so much that pregnancy is not possible afterwards, is this true? Or maybe I shouldn't even fool with it until after I have had children.
