Will I get denied for Plastic Surgery by Cigna?

My PCP gave me a referral to see a Plastic Surgeon next month.My insurance company (Cigna) says it has to be medically necessary before they will pay for a TT or Breast Lift. I have a infection at this time,my doctor gave me a rx to take care of it. I have them often. My problem is by the time I get in to see the P.S my Rash and Boles (in my private area) will be gone, and the PS wont have them on a picture. So what will my insurance company have to go by? I think I will get denied even tho I have rashes a lot just not when i need for them to be seen....Do I have a chance to get these covered???
