I am in the beginning stages of getting approved for Lap RNY (hopefully),

and I am pretty sure my insurance has an WLS exclusion. I have no idea where to start trying to get things moving...I have an appt with my PCP tomorrow morning and plan to ask her about WLS. Since this is an employer exclusion any suggestions where I should try first to get this approved? Anyone know what has to be done to get an employer to rethink the exclusion? Any other suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks all!
