finding one at this weight while being self employed

Does any one know of an insurance co. that will just cover me at this time for general health purposes? In the future may think of surgery, but at 400 lbs and 6'4" and as my wife says "built like your favorite defensive line man" I can not find an insurance co. that will cover me at a reasonable rate. My health is fine as a OTR driver I have to take a DOT physical every 2 years. My father is 6'6" and a large man, my "little" brother is 6'7" and is about 335lbs and in the army.
