is my hair

I am a little over 4 months post op from Lap RNY Medial. I've lost a little over 40 lbs. My hair really started falling out a fefw weeks ago, it is still coming out but now as much. But I can't tell if it's falling out or breaking off? My hair is long and straight but I see alot of short whisps around my face.
