Does anyone else have problems with vomiting & diarrhea together?

I'm just under 4 months post op and with only one exception the only time I have vomited I've also had diarrhea at the same time. Not a fun experience! It doesn't happen often, but when it does I feel terrible. Anyone out there have the same problem or can offer advise?
