Is there anyone with Humana that has been denied?

I have Humana for my health insurance and they said they were denying my surgery because of the employer my husband works for did not have it in a contract. Is there anyone out there that has had Humana turn them down for this surgery and what can I do to get this covered or approved. If you would like to email me my address is [email protected].
