3 yrs postop open RouenY - constant diarreah

I had open Rouen Y 3 years ago, and have kept the weight off. For the last year (literally) I have had diarreah. I have not had a formed stool in over a year, and even before that they were very soft formed. Is there a diet you are suppose to follow this far out? I eat whatever I want, like I use to, only smaller amounts and I avoid sugar and fat and dont drink with my meals. Would going back to the high protein diet I did at first help? Its becoming a problem as I work with the public and I am often the only one there to run a very busy store. I had a nurses follow up help and advice for the first 6 months, but now Im at a loss as to what I should be eating or avoiding. Any advice helpful and thanks
