Where can I buy Nectar?

i'm drinking a protein shake that my Dr, gave me, but it only has 11 grms per can and i was looking to buy Nectar since it has the doble of protein per glass, and everyone says it tastes great, the thing is i live in Mexico and don't have credit card, so i wanted to know where can I buy it other than on-line? Thanx for you input it wuold be highly appreciated.
