Has anyone else had very mis-shapened breasts after reduction and lift with smaller

I had a breast lift with smaller implants to replace the ones from 20 years ago. One of the old implants had ruptured and the dr had to do a lot of work to fix that breast. It has been 2 days, and when I took off the dressing, They look very mis-shapened. I like that they are smaller and lifted, but they look like frankenstein boobs. Has anyone had a similar experience and had the outcome be OK after awhile?
