anyone experience hot flashes after eating

Hi, I had my enoscopy today, and i must say it wasn't bad at all! If any one needs to get one it was ok from a BIG chicken. I am experiencing hot flashes after i eat...has anyone felt this way. And a bit nasueas.... any suggestions???? Thanks, Teresa
