Need the names of surgery friendly PCPs in the Pittsburgh area...

My pcp "invited" me to find another doctor since he had no intentions of referring me for surgery. Long story short, I need to find a Select Blue network PCP that has referred any of you or that you know has referred someone. I have one name already....want some more choices. I am very distraught as I had my first meeting with my surgeon and have to be on hold now cos my PCP "doesn't want my death on his head".
