What types of fruit can I mix with Protein drinks and wont cause Dumping?

Hello everyone. I will have a Lap Proximal Rny in 11 days! I will be on a Puree diet for some time afterwards of course. Which types of fruit can I blend up with my Protein drinks or just otherwise, that wont cause dumping from the natural sugars? Like not very ripe bananas, blueberries, oranges, watermelon, strawberries, etc? Got any ideas? Thanks a bunch, Annie
