Has anyone developed a rectal fistula due to the low-fibre diet?

I am 9 mos post-op, 160 lb weight loss. Just discovered I have a rectal fistula, which was abscessed, and will probably require surgery to close. Is this a coincidence, or is it the result of low fibre diet? Please send email to me if you have similar situation. [email protected]
