Will my inner thight be lifted if I have a tummy tuck or Lower body lift?

I am considering a tummy tuck or LBL and wondered if they would help lift my inner thights at all. I dont need much lift there and was hoping the pulling the belly tighter would help lift the thights just enough. Has anyone had this experience?
