What do I do for itchy, welpy incisions from tape allergy?

I had a tt/hernia repair the 17th of May and now have had an allergic reaction to the tape that was used. I have welps of about 1 inch on both sides of the icisions that go from breastbone to pubic bone to a smiley face on both sides down below. I can't stand the itching. I have 3 drains and they go across my abdomen and it is like being tickled but a painful experience. I am also having problems with what to do with the drains when I go out which I have not done yet. I need your help desperately and quickly for better relief of this horendous situation BTW I am taking benydryl and a predisone pack and they are not working.
