What are some good foods that lasts long in the pouch (vegetables)?

I have been eating a lot of meats and protein bars, they are helping me to not have a lot of hunger, but when I do not do the protein bars, I get really hungry and I eat things like lots of salads with meats on them. I got scared when I started eating more. Read pouch rules for dummies and realized it is physical and not just old habits. I noticed that the weight loss really does slow down. Is it right to eat protein bars to up the protein count and to eat them as snacks? Thanks!
