I cannot get into the chat room...HELP!!!!!!

I have emailed for help, but that was a month ago. Someone answered and said they'd look into it, but I haven't heard back. It just doesn't load. I've even reinstalled windows (not because of this issus but still). What else can I do? I can get into every other chat room every where else, but this one.
