Has anyone not been able to have a tummy tuck due to low iron levels?

I am scheduled for a tummy tuck in two weeks, I went for blood work and my iron levels were low (they have been for a while)I'm worried that they will cancel my surgery. Has anyone had to have a blood transfusion to be able to have a TT? My hemoticrit is 10.3.
