Has anyone heard of an "oppt. Out" letter? The Surgeons office is saying they mailed one out to all the ins. comanpies saying that they will not pay any discounts for WLS. They are saying that they have a contract with the ins. co. saying that they exclude WLS when it comes to the discounts but they will pay them for any other type of surgery??????
