Looking for Manhattan plastic surgeon for breast lift/implants- any recommendations?

I had LAP RNY 14 months ago and I live in NJ but want to take advantage of having some of the best docs in NYC. Philly would be fine too, b/c my brother lives there. Has anyone had plastic surgery in Manhattan and with whom? I looked in Q&A but really didn't find anything. I could really use some suggestions. (I'm 5'2" and lost 1/2 my body weight - now 125# and was a 40H, now a 34D, needless to say I need some help! lol) Thanks!
