What other med. does any of you take with wellbutrin for OCD?

After surgery my doc took me off paxil and put me on wellbutirn but I am back to worrying about everything to the point of no sleep and sometimes I just wish my mind would shut up. I think I may need to take something else. Is there anyone out there with the same problem. The wellbutrin is working well on my depression.
