I have diagnoised with H.Pylori again

Since my surgery I was told Pepto Bismol was a nono medication for gastric Bypass patients. Does anyone know why? My gasterologist wanted to add this with my treatment meds I am guessing to prevent stomach upset with the antibiotics.
