Water loading...good or bad?
I'm a little confused. I've read that water loading (ie drinking a lot of water really fast 1 hour before having a meal) is a good idea as it helps up eat less and stay full longer...and I've also read that it does just the oppostie. Now I know it can't stretch the pouch because water doesn't sit in the tummy long enough. And I know I should be drinking a lot in between meals. (I am still pre-op). So which is? Water load or no water load?
