Has anyone made sugar cookies with SPLENDA? How did they come out?
I have a recipe book from SPLENDA and also looked on their website. I recently made white cupcakes with splenda, taste pretty good. You can tell they are different, but still are quite good- my family eats them too. ANyway, I wanted to make sugar cookies using Splenda for a party- I have the recipe, but I wanted to know if anyone else has tried it and do they taste okay. Since the basis of a sugar cookie is sugar, they may taste different. I can always make them now and then make them again if they taste ok, just thought I woud save some time and ingredients. Thanks!
