Have any of you who are keloid prone gotten plastic surgery and had problems?

My LAP RNY was 9 months ago and I keloided for that surgery (never knew it then) Then I had an ulcer surgery to repair a perforation 2 1/2 months ago, and that was open incision and keloided really bad! My dermatologist is now giving me cortisone injections, but the scar is gross- but getting better. Anyway, he warned me about getting elective surgery, b/c my body just likes to keloid and heal slowly. I can do without a TT or panni (can't afford that anyway and it's not that bad!) But I really have my heart set on breast lift. I was a 40H and now a 36DD and am 23yrs old with the saggy boobs of a 80 yr old. Has anyone had plastic surgery and the scars just be horrible? My derma said that even with the best surgeons, sometimes you just heal bad, and I tend to. I don't want horrible scars on my breasts, has anyone had any luck? THANKS!
