When you have a breast lift, does it make the cup size smaller? Did insurance pay?

I am 8 months post-op from LAP RNY, still want to lose about 15 more lbs. (I am now 146 and have lost 104 lbs.) I was a 40H, I am now a 36DD going on a D. My boobs are sooo saggy, and I am only 23, I feel gross. Will a lift make them smaller as well? I don't really want that, but I was just wondering if I would go from say a D to a C after it. A C cup isn't bad, and this probably sounds weird, but it's just my boobs have always seem to be my identity. Also, did insurance pay for the lift? And how soon after WLS did you have them done? My back has always hurt me and it's always really red underneath my breasts. Could this help? Thanks!
