I am 6 weeks post open from open gastric bypass,
I have 2oz. of yogurt w/grapenuts mixed in for lunch a protein shake, a snack maybe an orange or apple, then for supper 1oz. of turkey or chicken,1 piece of cheese and few crackers. I get in all my water so thats not a problem. But is this too much? 12/10/02 down 48lbs
