Are there any frozen dinners out there????????

Are there any frozen dinners out there that are lo-cal, high in protien, lo-carbs, lo-sodium? I am not post-op yet...but I want to be prepared for when i have my surgery (Feb-March 2003 I hope!!)....I am a full time college student and mother and I don't have a lot of time to sit down and sort through my cupboard of what I can and cannot eat...
