I am searching for a Dr. in DE who performs lap-band wls, can anyone help me out?

I have been researching many wls websites and have found Drs.in De who perform by-pass surgery, but I cannot find any Dr. who does lap-band. I've looked under bariatric surgeons and lap-band websites. Any suggestions?
