Any info on Dr.s in the Lubbock, TX area (Dr. T. Scott and Dr. D. Hall) ?

I have narrowed my choice down to two Dr.s in the Lubbock TX area. I of course want to make the best decision possible so I am looking for additional info on Dr. T. Scott and Dr. D Hall. From info I have gathered both seem to be great Dr.s. I would like to hear from people who have used one or the other.
