Never hungry at 3 months post-op, can this stop weight loss?
I am 3 months post-op (LAP RNY) and so far have lost about 56 pounds. For the past month i never ger hungry, i have to force myself to eat. I always get in atleast 80 ounces of water everyday and take all my vitamins. I drink one carnation instant breakfast, half an isopure, 1 1/2-2 ounces of chicken and then and ounce of cheese, plus two BIOSHAPE pills which equal 10 grams of protein, so all together I get 65 grams of protein everyday, although my doctor wants me to get 80. But I am really only eating twice a day, i know that isn't good. <p> I got my blood work results, they were all good, and the "protein, total" was 6.4, what does that mean? I will be seeing my surgeon in 2 weeks to talk about all this, I just wanted to see if anyone else went through this or had any advise. Thanks!
