i need help! How do you reset your
I am over 2 months post-op. I dumped on sugar for the first 3 weeks. Now i don't dump at all on atleast 20 grams of sugar. i drink milk everyday, and hard candy was my favorite pre-op and have treated myself sometimes to it recently. i have lost 47 pounds so far and am proud of myself, but am in a week plateau and believe it has something to do with the sugar. I don't want to set myself up for failure so soon, I have done so well with everything else and developed pretty good eating habits everywhere else. Is there anyway I can make myself dump again? thanks!
