Why is my cycle worse, and cramps MUCH worse post op?

My cycle now comes like clockwork now, which is great. But now, it is much much heavier and my cramps are so much worse now that I am post op. (4 months RNY). I had to leave work last night cause I was in tears and Tylenol wasn't doing the trick. Had to lay down all curled up it hurt so bad. I had cramps before, but never ever like this. I know we store estrogen in our fat cells and it gets purged when we lose weight. Could this be the casue? Any insight would be very helpful. Thanks, Annie
