What brand of yogurt can you eat post-op with no sugar?

When I went to the store to get some yogurt, everything I picked up was full of sugar! Since yogurt has a lot of good calcium, I thought it would be good for you. Can someone please suggest a brand that is not full of the sugar? Thanks!
