Is Dr. Donald McConnell, at OHSU, available?

I have received pre-authorization to see Dr. Kenneth Welker but he is on sabbatical and not accepting any new patients. I'd like to see if Dr. Donald McConnell, also at OHSU, is available for new patients. Does anyone know?
