Since I drink 30 grams protein in the morning and 30 grams of protein in the
afternoon, can I NOT eat protein for my meals? I crave vegtables and fruits but with trying to get in all that protein there is no room for anything else. Is this okay since I am getting my 60 grams of protein a day?
