Has anyone collected information on the range of costs for WLS .

There seems to be a wide range of costs cited for WLS. Since I am self-employed and my not find insurance to pay for surgery, in order to determine if I can afford it, it would be good for me to be able to see the difference in costs across the country. I guess I am asking if there is a database on fees for hospitals,surgeons, etc. etc.?
