I need some ideas on what to eat to get the proper amount of protein.

Any ideas on what I can eat to get the protein I need without eating something loaded with calories, fat or cholesterol? I need to lower my carbo-intake and increase my protein intake. Any suggestions on high protein foods that taste good will help! Thanks!
