.Anyone hear anything about a Dr. Andrei in New Brunswick?

I was referred to Dr Brolin in New Brunswick, but he doesn't do Lap surgery. I was told that his "partner" Dr. Andrei does Lap surgery, but he isn't on any lists that I have found. Only Dr. Brolin is on practically every list. Any info would be appreciated.
