Is anyone taking Methotrexate orally?

I have recently been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis among other things. My doctor has prescribed oral methotrexate, which I am to begin taking tonight. I start with 6 pills one day a week. Is anyone else taking methotrexate orally, and if so, are you suffering from nausea or finding the pills aren't working due to malabsorption. I am two years out from Lap RNY. Thanks!
