has any 1 done the surgery a 2nd time for any reason

I had gastric by pass about 7 years ago. I lost 160 pounds but in time have managed to gain about 50-60 back. Maybe some old habits came back, but i definitly can eat more than i should be able too. Does any one know if I can have 1- the staples redone or tightened or whatever the medical term is to have the surgery again. 2-I had by pass with the "knife", if it can be done again to help me lose again, can the surgery be done either by laproscopic or lap band.
