I have BCBS of Illinois PPO. Does anyone know what you need

Had my surgery April l4, 2003. I have only lost about 70 lbs, as I started out a ligh weight at 262. I have not lost anymore and in fact have regained about 8 lbs since my l8 month checkup. I still feel very heavy as all the skin has gone done south. I do not have a big apron but it is big enough. I have back problems and would like to have my loose skin removed. Cannot afford to self-pay so I guess what I would like to know if anyone has this insurance and if I have a chance they will pay. My 2 year checkup with my surgeon is in April so I kinda would like to prepare myself.
