Can we take tylenol arthritis pain formula for arthritis pain

Hi, I was wondering if we can take "Tylenol Arthritis Pain" extended relief caplets. I know you take two every 8 hours. I know we can take the regular tylonel capsules but can we take these. Am having alot of arthritis pain and was going to give these a try. Thanks
